Why?

Aim of practice: quick response to a question, submerging to the deeper layers of a subject
Number of participants: 3+
Time allocation: 10 mins

The group sits in a circle, one of the participants in its middle. Anyone can say an informative sentence (It’s raining.), the middle participant asks: ‘Why?’. Immediately the participant sitting on the right from the first participant (the one stating it’s raining). The situation is repeated (the chain of questions continues). If anyone hesitates with the answer or answers so that you cannot ask why anymore, the middle participant is replaced by someone else.

Note: This game can be played as a warmup game for quick responsiveness, but it’s also a fresh way to examine the subject of focus.
