Thrown into the action

Aim of practice: improvising in an unexpected situation
Number of participants: 1+ audience
Time allocation: 5 min (for one)The actor is in the space, moving in the rhythm of dance music (as though at a party), the more expressive the moves, the better. In a moment the leader of the exercise chooses, the music stops and the actor must freeze in the position in which they have been stopped. One participant from the audience places in his hand or wherever on or near their body one of the prepared props (this can be within logical reason - a bottle in the hand - or completely absurd - a matryoshka on the head). Through this, a relationship is formed between the actor and the object, e. g. a potential situation arises. When the leader claps, the actor needs to start improvising within the given situation and guide it to an ending. If it is hard for them to finish, the leader can stop the exercise.
